What the service does
Mailmenia lets an administrator connect a Gmail account and copies future Inbox messages into a read-only Mailmenia mailbox. It does not send email or modify messages in Gmail.
Data we process
We process the connected Gmail address, OAuth tokens, Gmail message identifiers, message content, attachments, sync status, and limited security and audit information. Mailbox users provide their Mailmenia email address and password when signing in.
Google user data
Mailmenia requests read-only Gmail access. Access is used only to retrieve new Inbox messages after connection and copy them to the assigned Mailmenia mailbox. Google credentials and tokens are not sold or used for advertising.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Generated mailbox passwords are displayed once and are not stored by the application in plaintext. Mail and attachments remain on the Mailmenia mail server until the service operator removes the mailbox.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be handled by infrastructure providers as needed to operate the service, or disclosed when legally required.
Retention and deletion
Connection records and audit events are retained for security and operations. An administrator can disable a connection to stop future synchronization. Contact the service operator to request deletion of a connection and its associated mailbox data.
Your control
You can revoke Mailmenia access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future Gmail synchronization but does not automatically delete messages already copied to Mailmenia.
Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the administrator who provided your Mailmenia mailbox.
